Swedish - A traditional massage method. Swedish style strokes use light to moderate pressure to increase circulation and relieve muscular tension. Small / Medium / Large

Deep Tissue - Neuromuscular and pressure point techniques are combined with deeper version Swedish. Relieve chronic pain and muscular tension - more intense than other forms of massage and may result in mild soreness. Small / Medium / Large

Myofacial Release - A therapeutic treatment utilizing a gentle form of stretching, producing a healing effect upon the body tissues, eliminating pain and restoring motion. A must-do for clients suffering from Fibromyalgia. Medium

Thai - Thai bodywork, also called Thai Yoga massage, has a unique character that is both relaxing and invigorating. It is a combination of passive yoga stretching, acupressure, reflexology, energy work and meditation. Reflexology
